Account Creation & Security
Registration Process
To create an account on 804, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Each user may hold only one account.
We may request supporting documents to verify the information provided at registration. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until identity verification is complete.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party or allowing others to access your account is not permitted.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. 804 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the 804 platform, users must comply with the following restrictions:
- Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to identify or exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform is a punishable offence.
- Using 804's services for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Posting or distributing harmful, offensive, or illegal content on the platform is not permitted.
- Bet and play responsibly, and always stay within your set budget.
804 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates the above rules, and legal action may be taken where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on 804 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply, as detailed in the Payments section.
Transactions are supported via multiple payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each payment method has its own processing time and policies. Deposits are typically completed within a few minutes.
Withdrawal Process
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Once verification is approved, withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
Withdrawing promotional bonus or reward funds requires the applicable wagering conditions to be met. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are fulfilled. 804 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals on transactions that appear suspicious.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

804 is not directly liable for any losses arising from technical issues on the platform, internet disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Betting and gaming are entirely personal decisions, and users bear full responsibility for any financial outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on the 804 platform are protected under intellectual property law. Copying, modifying, or commercially using any of these materials without permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Governing Law
804 is not responsible for the content or policies of any third-party external links found on the 804 platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Account Policy & Terms Updates
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
804 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Serious violations of the Terms or fraudulent activity
- Registration under a false identity or suspected money laundering
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Security violations or unlawful activity
If an account holds a balance at the time of closure, it will be refunded after verification is complete — though this may not apply in cases where the Terms have been violated.
Terms Update Policy
804 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
